Christopher Downham

Director

Chris joined the industry in 1985 and after progressing through various management positions ended up in the role of Senior Regional Manager within one of the largest life and pensions companies in the UK. He left this position in 2004 and joined Beard & Coles first as an adviser and then as a Director. As well as advising clients on a day to day basis Chris has been key to the growth and development of Beard & Coles through his experience in managing and developing people.

He is now focused on the growth of Warwick Road Financial Services drawing on all his previous experience and believes that they can become a reference company for financial advice.

Graeme Jennings

Financial Adviser

Having studied Business Economics at The University of Exeter I spent the next several years working and travelling around the world in a variety of management roles.

I started my career managing in the hospitality industry in New York, followed by 5 years in the oil industry with BP New Zealand in Wellington and in the UK at BP UK’s head office in Milton Keynes.

Immediately prior to my career in financial services I spent 3 years with Nestle UK, managing one of their key accounts for their supply chain team in their petcare division Purina.

I started my Financial Services journey in May 2019 by enrolling on Quilter’s Financial Adviser School course, joining Cathedral City Financial Services that July and graduating the following summer. Throughout my time I have built up my technical knowledge and expertise in mortgages, protection, investments and retirement planning advising a number of clients along the way.

I have recently enrolled on a Pension Transfer qualification starting in February 2021 which will further enhance my knowledge and skills and enhance our firm’s offering.

I enjoy really getting to know our clients and helping them when they need us the most and being there for them during the tough times.

My favourite part of the job is creating a bespoke solution for them, knowing their financial situation has been improved.

I take real pride in the service our firm offers and the care and dedication we have for our clients.
